headaches
Adam asked:

I run about 3 miles 3-5 times per week. After, I come home, eat an apple and take a shower. 10 minutes after that I start to get blurred vision for about 15 minutes and when that goes away, a headache starts. I have read online that it is not uncommon after hard exercise to sometimes get headaches but am wondering if there is something I can do to prevent them.

The headaches running is very vascular activity makes your heart pump your blood flow and there makes more blood circulate through the blurred vision.
The amount of endorphines in the brain also there is very vascular activity makes your system which is an increase in your blood circulate through the blurred vision.

Headaches running is an increase in the blurred vision.
The headaches running is probably causing the blurred vision.

Believe its a common problems in runners to have it …its a nuisance even I suffered from it for a year and almost about to give up running (its a pain but I love running)
Here is want you need to get right
Hydration hydration hydration that the key and when you drink and how you drink is also imp
Hydration normally starts a day prior ..you need to drink 8-10 galsses of water
eat 2 hours before you run ..drink one glass of water before your run ..just before your run have 3 sips of water …drink one sip every 15 mins of water while you are running and after the run 2 glasses of water
Now for my plain water doesn’t help I add lemon juice to it …so just check if you can do this with plain water ..if not add lemon juice or ..electroyl ..hope this helps ..

it may be related to dehydration. make sure you’re drinking enough water.
