You could put a cold rag over it.

But if its just congestion, drink hot tea and breath vapor.

Make sure you’re getting plenty liquid and sleep!! I can’t stress that enough. Drink lots of water, green tea, or orange juice. Eat a fruit, especially a banana. Lay down and rest your eyes while listening to calm music. Try rubbing your temples as well. Exercise and do yoga! I hope these suggestions do you well.
