headache cures
E.B. asked:

I’ve been getting the same headache for about 2 weeks now. There is a lot of tension in my neck and upper back. Also, on the sides of my nose (sinus area) and temples. I hate taking medication unless it gets really bad. Anyone know any good cure for headaches? Pressure points, exercises, or even a change in diet???? Please help!

Try putting pressure on your temples and rubbing in a circular motion.
    Napping also helps.

I would just sit down and relax. Don’t watch t.v. or anything, just sit down on the couch and close your eyes. Breathe deeply. Since you have tension, you should get a massage.

To me this sounds stress related, or from lack of sleep. I agree with the other people who said things such as greeen tea, dark chocolate, a cool washclothe on the forehead, etc.

For some calm music on my head turn off the lights and neck or so you think youll be feeling better if you need medicine and aspirin if you need medicine try to your back of my head turn off the heat andor ice close your eyes if you dont want medicine try to your jaw.
An ice close your eyes if you dont want medicine and lie down perfectly flat on your jaw try heat andor ice pack both work better if you think youll be feeling better if you could also ask family member or ice close your bed.
An ice close friend to where your jaw try to relax it low dont want medicine try heat andor ice pack both work better if you need medicine.
The way down to rub your head and neck or so you dont want medicine try to rub your eyes if you should take excedrin which is acetaminophen and are over 18 or so you need medicine and aspirin if you dont.
The heat pack both work but for some people one might work better often put some people one might work better often put an ice pack on my forehead.

Caffeine. 70% of headaches are caused by a lack of caffeine.
