What can I do to relieve sinus headaches?

I have taken all kinds of medicine my doctor prescribed me but hey don’t seem to be working. I am ready to try any hollistic or home remedy’s anyone may know of. I am willing to try anything to stop these unbearable headaches.

    Get a friend or family member to apply pressure to you head by placing their hands on your fore head and crown. have them gently push in. this should give you some temporary relief. Its not a cure just a quick fix. I would see your doctor again.
