Headache is a sign of high blood flow in brain, brain works a lot than normal, unconsciously with all the thoughts you are holding

I’ve heard that you can try pressure points in your body to alleviate head pain. One place is to take your index finger and place it on your gum right above your two front teeth, then gently press. Another place is to take the thumb & index fingers of one hand and with one finger on each side of the space BETWEEN your thumb & index on the OTHER hand, press gently. Hope this helps!
