Caffeine can help,either caffeine tablets or just something like coffee, also a migra stick or something like that you can get from a chemist or shops it contains things like peppermint and lavender oils that you rub on your neck,head,and temples if you can handle it,it helps with headaches and is nice and cooling

other than that drink lots of water and maybe a lie down. Don’t strain your eyes either so avoid reading too much or staring at a screen
