Get some sleep first of all. Avoid chocolates since they make your headache worst. When sleeping, be sure the room isn’t stuffy but cool. Open a few windows if necessary.

Yes,
Take in deep breaths through your nose and slowly let it out through your mouth. focus on your head while you are doing this exercise.
Note : Do this 10-15 times .Make sure you are breathing in until your lungs feel full .

Eat or drink something light if it has been a while as your blood sugar may be low. Give yourself 5-15 minutes of quiet to just relax and close your eyes. Have someone rub your back and neck. Take a hot bath with a little lavendar oil or a good night sleep for a really tough headache.
