headache cures
meow asked:

I have had a headache for three days. Usually I take ibprophin and it goes away, but I have probably taken over 20, 100mg ibprophin pills over the last few days and it is still here. I have a huge paper to write and even looking at the computer now hurts. Please any advice could help. Thanks.

Try extra strength Tylenol 500Mg’s pills instead of the ibprophin. If you want a natural cure, try this pressure point. Take your thumb and index finger of the right hand and start squeezing the web area between the thumb and index finger on the left hand. If you find a spot that really hurts when you squeeze, keep squeezing that spot until the pain stops. Do the same with the right hand using the thumb and index finger of your left hand. Sometimes you will find sore spots on both hands, but usually it’s on just one hand. You can massage your temples on both sides, and you can also squeeze the muscles along the back of your neck from the shoulder to the base of the skull. You are probably having a headache from stress and worry over the paper you have to write. Don’t worry about it, it’s not the end of the world, you’ll do it and do it fine. Best of luck to you young lady.

It sounds like a stress headache. Try to get plenty of rest and drink lots of water and probably after you write your paper it will disappear on its own.

lotssss of water and keep away from stress unti lthe headache is over….also go somewhere quiet to prevent sensory overload which could worsen it..you should also get enough sleep…
