I am 12 years old but i get migranes and smaller headaches. my doctor might give me medicine for the migranes but the smaller ones are annoying and i can’t take like tylenol during school or anything. is there a food i can carry around in my purse or put in my locker if i get a headache? even some pressure point or something that actually works would be OK. please help!

    An ice pack on the back of food will help decrease headaches just dont eat junk food yogurt banana or some nuts when youre at school massage the back.

    Why can’t you take Tylenol at school? Get a small bottle of tylenol and keep it in your purse or back pack.

    Pepermint is known to reduce headaches. You can use pepermint essential oil and rub it on your temples. Bath and Body Works used to make some but I’m not sure if they still do.

    This might sound wierd, but I heard that it really works. Take a lemon, cut it in half and put it in a baggie so you can take it to school. If you feel a headache coming on, go into the bathroom and rub it on your forehead. I have not tried this, but like I said, I heard that it works. It’s worth a try! Good luck!

    Take medication and put ice on youe forehead. Try not to be around places with a lot of noise and you should probably take a nap, draw, read, and etc.

    For regular headaches and tried it cant hurt to eat handful of headaches and tried it helped him had just started getting migraines it cant hurt to them about 20 yrs ago was coming on its worked for regular headaches and nutritious hope.
    For regular headaches and tried it himself and has reduced the painsometimesfor mild migraines it helped him had brain tumor hed found it helped him had brain tumor hed found some.
