maria asked: I am a law student and have to read for hours every day. Every single day I get intense tension headaches practically the moment I start reading and they last for hours after I finish. However, when I read for pleasure I don’t get these headaches so it’s obviously the intensity of the material that causes the tension and in turn, headaches. I don’t like the idea of taking headache medicine every single day but I don’t know what else to do. Any ideas how to prevent or treat this?
I wear contacts and get my eyes checked every year.
