If it is due to sinus you need to take medication. If it is due to fatigue just splash some cold water on your face and take a nap.
if it’s been a few days and because you’re upset it’s most likely a tension headache. you need a muscle relaxer….try alcohol…it might help…drink till you feel a head change then switch to just drinking water. that way you keep yourself hydrated.
